Whatever Mamma Marcella touches becomes simply fantastic and these Prato&#8217;s Cantuccini with their <strong>fast and easy<\/strong> recipe are the proof! <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nTo prepare them, you&#8217;ll need: <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>500 gr 00 flour<\/li>\n<li>300 gr sugar<\/li>\n<li>250 gr almonds<\/li>\n<li>3 whole eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>50 gr melted butter <\/li>\n<li>\u00bd satchet baking powder for cakes<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt <\/li>\n<li>1 glass of vin santo <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">First, toast the <strong>almonds<\/strong> for at least 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\nThen, make the classic &#8220;fountain&#8221; with the flour and at the center put all the other ingredients. Mix quickly and add the freshly roasted almonds. These cookies do not require much processing.<br \/>\nMake some <strong>small loaves<\/strong> and arrange them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
