generazione, le quali conservano il gusto di un tempo grazie anche all&#8217;attenta e scrupolosa selezione delle materie prime, che quando possibile vengono acquistate nelle aziende e nelle fattorie vicine all&#8217;agriturismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scegliendo di servirci anche da <strong>piccoli produttori del territorio<\/strong> e volendo conservare le tradizioni delle antiche massaie del <strong>Chianti<\/strong>, la nostra cucina segue la stagionalit\u00e0 degli ingredienti, per questo il nostro menu \u00e8 sempre in <strong>evoluzione<\/strong> e vi garantisce qualit\u00e0 e freschezza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ogni piatto del nostro ristorante in Chianti \u00e8 declinato per poter gustare al meglio i prodotti della nostra azienda agricola: il vino \u201c<strong>La Camporena\u201d Chianti Classico<\/strong> D.O.C.G., la grappa ottenuta dalle stesse vinacce e il nostro olio extravergine di oliva D.O.P.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quello che potrete sempre trovare nel ristorante dell&#8217;agriturismo La Camporena \u00e8 la <strong>pasta fatta a mano<\/strong> da noi come le tagliatelle, i tortelli, i ravioli, le <strong>succosissime bistecche<\/strong>, affettati come salumi e prosciutti ed infine la <strong>tagliata rucola e grana<\/strong>; i <strong>dolci<\/strong> fatti in casa con i frutti di stagione,
